The Rundkino is a film theatre that opened in the centre of Dresden in 1972. With its exterior reminiscent of UFO aesthetics and the 898-seat large cinema hall, it is one of the most important testimonies to post-war modernism and the era of roadshow cinema in Dresden. The building has been a listed building since 2003.
